Job Description:-
* Responsible for process development in high vacuum deposition of thin films on laser optical substrates
* Active participation in product transfers & yield improvement programs
* Providing technical support to high volume manufacturing line to achieve maximum production efficiency.
* Responsible for comprehensive documentation of work procedures and skills training of manufacturing staff.

Job Requirement:-
* Degree in Physics, Materials Science or related disciplines
* Min 5 years of working experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
* A good understanding of semiconductor materials, high vacuum deposition techniques & laser theory is essential.
* Strong analytical abilities and a fast learner who is able to work independently.
* Application know-how with the following is essential:
* Thin film design methodologies & software, DOE, Six Sigma and Statistical Analysis/FMEA.

Other information
* Salary : up to $4500
* Variable Bonus : average 2 mths
* Performance Bonus : 0.5 to 1 mths
* AWS : 1 mths
* Total Bonus : average 3.5 mths - 4 mths
* Working pattern : 5 day weeks
* Working location: Ang Mo Kio
